Jenny Vincent is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with over a decade of experience across Skilled Nursing, Assisted and Independent Living, Transitional Care, and Inpatient Rehab settings. She has held leadership roles as a Director of Rehab and Regional Operations Director, known for her ability to optimize team performance and drive patient outcomes.
Her success is rooted in a deep understanding of therapy disciplines, strong partnerships with staff and clients, intuitive team building, and creative, individualized care planning. Jenny believes in combining clinical expertise with operational strategy to support both patient progress and facility growth.
