Our Founder
Jenny Vincent, M.S., CCC-SLP earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Pathology and Audiology in 2010, and Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2012. Over the last decade she worked as a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, a Director of Rehab and a Regional Operations Director across a variety of facilities including Skilled Nursing, Assisted and Independent Living, Transitional Care Units, and Inpatient Rehab Centers. She has a knack for walking into a facility, partnering with department heads, trouble shooting, implementing new processes and reporting on the growth of department. She has had success managing therapy departments across the country. Throughout her career, Jenny discovered that the following components are essential to maximizing facility and patient outcomes:
